Diaspora Return & Exchange Policy

At Diaspora Inc LTD, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Final Sale Policy
All items purchased from Diaspora are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of faulty or damaged products. This includes all limited-edition drops and exclusive collections.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, you are entitled to a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK). To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email or receipt).

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item by emailing info.dpora.inc@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage/fault.

3. Return Shipping for Faulty/Damaged Items
For approved faulty or damaged returns:

  • A £1 flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or applied to exchanges.

  • Diaspora will cover any additional shipping costs if a replacement item is sent.

4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items marked as Final Sale (excluding faulty or damaged items)

  • Worn, washed, or altered items

  • Items without original packaging or tags

5. Refunds and Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

6. Your Rights Under UK Law
This policy complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Under these laws, customers have the right to receive goods that are:

  • As described

  • Of satisfactory quality

  • Fit for purpose

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
